Franklin Central guard Marcus Burk committed to Campbell University on Monday following an official visit over the weekend.

The 6-3 Burk was considering Division I Campbell and Maine and Division II Lincoln Memorial (Tenn.), King (Tenn.) and Saginaw Valley State (Mich.). As a senior, Burk averaged 25.3 points and shot 41 percent from the 3-point line (91-for-224).

Burk was named to the Star’s first team Super Team and the IBCA’s Senior Supreme 15 all-state team.

Campbell, which plays in the Big South Conference, was 12-18 last season.
