WAYNESBORO – Sarah Sondrol pumped in 16 points to pace Wilson Memorial’s girls basketball team to a 54-30 victory over Waynesboro in nonconference action at Waynesboro High School.

Sondrol, a junior, also pulled down 10 rebounds and made three steals as the Green Hormets improved to 3-1 on the season. Sam Kershner added nine points, while Paris Hutchinson chipped in with eight.

Wilson is back in action Friday night at Robert E. Lee.
