Maddie Siegrist scored 24 points and added 11 rebounds to help lead the host Our Lady of Lourdes High School girls basketball team to a 73-48 win over Mahopac Tuesday.
Katie Clarke (21 points), Rebecca Townes (10 points, eight assists) and Abby Weeks (eight points) also contributed.
“We shut them down in the second half and we were able to pull away,” said Lourdes coach Al Viani, whose Warriors improved to 7-2. “They hit seven 3-pointers on us in the first half. We just tightened up the space and got better help defense.”
Lourdes will visit Carmel on Monday.
Arlington 55, Carmel 24 — Casey Schweitzer scored 17 points for the host Admirals. Teammate Crystal Miller contributed with 13 points.
The Admirals visit Mahopac on Thursday.
Red Hook 67, New Paltz 49 — Jessica Wilkinson scored 34 points to lead the host Raiders. Chrissy Gildersleeve (12 points) and Alexa Franchesi (10 points) pitched in.
Keely Dolan led New Paltz with 18 points. Hailey Osbourne added 15.
Pine Plains 66, Webutuck 26 — Frances Snyder scored 24 points for the host Bombers. Ashley Starzyk scored 15 while Tia Fumasoli scored 11.
Millbrook 47, Rhinebeck 21 — Sam McKenna scored 12 points to lead the visiting Blazers. Alex Dunn scored eight for the Hawks.
Rhinebeck (1-7) hosts John A. Coleman Catholic on Friday. Millbrook hosts Pine Plains Friday.
Spackenkill 58, Ellenville 30 — Issy Herrera scored 16 points to lift the visiting Spartans. Nina Hartenfels added 15 points while Katie Lillis added eight.
Spackenkill (6-2) visits Webutuck on Friday.
John Jay 50, East Ramapo 23 — Marion Dietz scored 14 points to lead the host Patriots, who improved to 5-4. John Jay visits Carmel on Thursday.
Peekskill 56, Beacon 49 — Lauren Schetter scored 30 points and grabbed 18 rebounds and three steals for the visiting Bulldogs.
Beacon (5-4) visits Lakeland on Thursday.
Faith Christian Academy 27, Tabernacle Christian Academy 25 — Emily Santiago finished with 10 points to help FCA improve to 2-3 late Monday.
Hannah Phelan led the way for Tabernacle (2-1) with a game-high 21 points.
“The game went into double overtime and was well-fought on both sides,” said Tabernacle coach Andrea Phelan.
Boys swimming and diving
Zach Woolley won the 100 butterfly in 57.43 and the 100 backstroke (1:02.63), but it came in a 107-61 Poughkeepsie loss to visiting Kingston on Tuesday.
