Nik Baginski, Arlington boys lacrosse — Baginski scored five goals, including the game-winner, against Hendrick Hudson. He also had an assist.

Zeke Kopilak, Millbrook boys lacrosse — Kopilak scored five goals and distributed an assist to defeat New Paltz.

Ty Arnone, Dillon Rispoli, Lourdes boys lacrosse — Arnone scored seven goals and added an assist, while Rispoli scored six times and made four assists, in a win over Albertus Magnus.

Liz Halpin, Millbrook girls lacrosse — Halpin scored the winning goal against Red Hook.

Maryn Lowell, Arlington girls lacrosse — The goalie recorded her 500th career save in a win against Carmel.

Matteo Finocchi, Franklin D. Roosevelt baseball — Finocchi knocked in the winning run against Rondout Valley.

Adam Hilal, Lourdes baseball — Hilal let up one hit and struck out eight in a victory over Haldane.

Mike Bulgia, Arlington baseball — Bulgia finished 2 for 4 with five RBI in the Admirals’ victory over Putnam Valley.

Stephen Merrill, Roy C. Ketcham baseball — Merrill drove in the game-winning run and finished with two RBI against Carmel.

Frank Alfonso, Highland baseball — Alfonso homered and drove in five runs to beat Poughkeepsie.

Austin Cole, Red Hook baseball — Cole struck out 13 batters to lead the Raiders to victory in the championship round of the Philip Amelio Memorial Tournament.

Cat Simmons, Pine Plains softball — Simmons finished 4 for 4 with a home run, two doubles and six RBI against Rhinebeck in the semifinals of the Philip Amelio Memorial Tournament.

Ally Muller, John Jay softball — Muller picked up her 30th varsity win against Mahopac, and at the plate she homered and had three RBI.

Olivia Zoeller, Pawling softball — Zoeller struck out eight in a complete-game effort against Haldane, and went 2 for 3 with two RBI at the plate.

Jackie Imperati, Lourdes softball — Imperati singled home the winning run, defeating Hendrick Hudson.

Georgina Christensen, Red Hook softball — Christensen smacked a grand slam and finished with five RBI in a win over Poughkeepsie.

Lily Moresco, Marlboro softball — Moresco went 3 for 4 with a double, a walk and two RBI in beating Saugerties.

DaVonia Lamar, Beacon softball — Lamar finished 3 for 4 with a double and three RBI in the Bulldogs’ win over Haldane.

Carissa Puncosdy, Roosevelt softball — Puncosdy doubled twice in a victory over Rondout Valley.

Matt Wyant, Beacon boys tennis — Wyant swept at second singles to help beat Walter Panas.

Albert Zhu, Lourdes boys tennis — Zhu swept at first singles in a victory over Ketcham.

Massimiliano Cutugno, Highland boys tennis — Cutugno won at first singles to help beat Pine Plains.

Kabongo Barry, Spackenkill boys track and field — Barry won the 100- and the 200-meter dashes at the Oval Office Invitational.

Rayvon Grey, Beacon boys track and field — Grey won the triple jump and the long jump at the Somers Lions Club Invitational.

Joe Morrison, Reece Ragusa, Eric Sbrollini, Conor Stack, Arlington boys track and field — The quartet won the 6,400 relay, helping lead the Admirals to a first-place finish at the Somers Lions Club Invitational.

Roosevelt crew — The boys first varsity eight, lightweight four, junior four and junior eight, and the girls junior eight, won races at the Triangular Regatta.

Poughkeepsie crew — The boys first varsity eight and single, and the girls first varsity eight, quad and single, all won races at the Triangular Regatta.

Wappingers crew — The boys junior four, senior four and junior eight, and the girls lightweight four and senior four, won races at the Triangular Regatta.

Rhinebeck crew — The girls varsity eight won its race at the Triangular Regatta.
