As part of The Courier-Journal Kentuckiana Sports Awards Program presented by Norton Sports Health, the CJ is unveiling all-area teams for winter sports. We’ve announced the boys and girls swimming teams today, and bowling, wrestling and basketball will follow this week.

Each selection, along with Athlete of the Week Award winners, will be invited to the Kentuckiana Sports Awards Banquet on June 14 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, where we’ll name athletes of the year and be treated to an evening with guest speaker and Super Bowl champion quarterback Peyton Manning.
