Hackley’s Sammy Mueller, pictured here in a game against Yorktown on May 12, 2015, is this week’s #lohudglax Beast of the Week.

Sammy Mueller is the true definition of a multi-sport athlete.

This fall while playing for the soccer team, she scored Hackley’s game-winning goal to win the NYSAIS tournament. During the winter, she scored her 1000th career point for the basketball team.

This week, the senior midfielder further solidified her legacy as one of the school’s best-ever lacrosse players.

During Wednesday’s 15-6 win at Fieldston, Mueller scored her 200th career goal, becoming only the second player in program history to hit the milestone. In her team’s three games this week, which all ended in wins, she totaled 16 goals and four assists.

It is the second milestone that Mueller has hit this year. Last week, she picked up her 100th career assist.

On the season so far, the Virginia commit has 27 goals and eight assists in five games.
