Turner, whose numerous high school achievements include being named the 2016 Nevada Gatorade Player of the Year, will compete for the Wildcats in the Atlantic 10 Conference beginning in the fall of 2017.

Turner, who also maintains a 4.0 grade point average, has had a stellar career at Manogue. She is a four-year starting point guard and has helped the Miners win two Northern Regional titles and three Sierra League championships.

She was also named Northern Nevada co-Player of the Year and Sierra League Player of the Year during the 2015-16 season.

Turner will sign her National Letter of Intent during the early signing period Nov. 9-16.
