Notre Dame commit Joshua Lugg receives Army Bowl jersey

North Allegheny (Wexford, Pa.) offensive tackle Joshua Lugg, the No. 198 overall recruit in the country received his honorary U.S. Army All-American Game jersey today. He is the No. 6 ranked prospect in the state of Pennsylvania, according to 247Sports.

The 6-7, 293-pound Lugg joins fellow Notre Dame commit, St. Viator (Arlington Heights, Ill.) tight end Cole Kmet, at the Army Bowl.
