Oklahoma commit Chris Robison earns Opening regional MVP again, gets Elite 11 invite

By

Oklahoma commit Chris Robison from Horn High (Mesquite, Texas) was named the MVP among quarterbacks during The Opening Regional event in Dallas three ago, but did not receive an invitational to the Elite 11. The lone invite went to Shawn Robinson (Denton Guyer).

He tried again Sunday in Houston and again was named MVP at his position. That was enough to gain him a spot in Los Angeles in early June. The winners then move to The Opening Final in Oregon in July.

Robison is ranked as the No. 9 pro-style quarterback in the Class of 2017 by the 247Sports Composite rankings.
