Skinny: The Dolphins and the Braves will hold a rematch from the preseason kick off classic which sparked a hot start for the Dolphins’ season. The Braves have allowed 35 points or more in two games this season, and the Dolphins could bring enough fire power to make it a third.

Who: Milton Panthers vs. Crestview Bulldogs

Where: Crestview High

Records: Milton (2-5); Crestview (6-0)

Skinny: The Bulldogs play host as they try to keep their undefeated season going. The Panthers are on a three-game skid and will be challenged with stopping Crestview QB Rusty Moorer, who is No. 2 in the state with total yards gained.

Players to watch: Milton — RB Lonnie Bennett, QB Aubrey Williams, ATH Tristan Saterfield.

Who: Northview Chiefs vs. Liberty County Bulldogs

Where: Liberty County

Records: Northview (3-3); Liberty County (1-4)

Skinny: After forfeiting last week’s game, the Northview Chiefs once again hit the road seeking to bring their record back above .500. The Bulldogs have allowed 137 points in their last three games, so Friday could provide a good chance for the Chiefs offense to start off hot.

Players to watch: Northview — ATH Luke Ward, WR Neikel Robinson, DE Dustin Bethea.

Who: Jay Royals vs. Cottondale Hornets

Where: Cottondale High

Records: Jay (0-6); Cottondale (3-3)

Skinny: The Cottondale Hornets and the state’s No. 2 overall rusher Jovontai Hall (1142 yards) host the Jay Royals, who will hunt down their first win. Last season, they Royals found their first win after a 58-56 shootout with the Hornets.
