Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) quarterback Tate Martell blew up Twitter last week when he de-committed from Texas A&M and decided to re-open his recruitment.

Martell, Scout’s No. 1 top rated quarterback, said there are several programs he’s looking at and mentioned the Oregon Ducks and Tennessee Volunteers as two programs he’s hoping to land an offer from.

Other schools on Martell’s short list include CalOhio State and UCLA. The signal caller said he has no plans to make an early decision but could narrow his list in the summer before taking all five official visits in the fall.
