Hi, my name is Jadon Haselwood and this is my Recruit Diary. I attend Cedar Grove High School (Ellenwood, Ga), where I will be graduating in the year of 2019, and go on to play D1 college football.
I am 6 foot, 4 inches and I play WR and DB. I prefer WR, but I am willing to give my all at any position my coaches put me in. I have a passion for playing WR because I like to use moves to shake my defender.
Right now, I have 11 offers from Georgia, LSU, Tennessee, Alabama, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, USC, South Florida and West Virginia. My top schools so far would have to be LSU, Michigan, USC, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Out of those, I have visited LSU, Bama, Tennessee, USC, and Michigan.
I am a team player. I will try to do anything to make sure my team wins the game, and that’s all there is to it. The things that inspire me to play football are my parents and family. They have pushed me my whole life, even when I first started playing at the age of 8.
My expectations for this year is to win the state championship for our seniors so they could have a great high school memory before they leave. We fell short last year, but this year is going to be the year. My personal goal is to be the best teammate that I can be. Really, there is no personal goal in this sport, because it wouldn’t be accomplished without the other 10 on the field.
