Kemyero King won the 100-meter race (11.5), the 200 (24.3) and the long jump (19 feet, 6 inches) to lead the host Franklin D. Roosevelt boys track and field team over Spackenkill, 140-1, and Webutuck, 140-1, in a tri-meet Thursday.
Liam Farrell took first in the 1-mile (5:08.9) and the 800 (2:14.9), Shawn Ochieng won the discus with a throw of 104 feet for Roosevelt.
The Presidents (2-0) visit Marlboro at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Spackenkill 51, Webutuck 35 — Reece Robinson took first in the 1-mile, completing the course in 5:37.2 for Spackenkill in a tri-meet in Hyde Park.
Mercedes Junior won the 100 (13.4), the 200 (28.6) and the long jump (13 feet, 10 inches) to lead Franklin D. Roosevelt over Webutuck, 118-18 in a tri-meet. Roosevelt also topped Spackenkill, 113-1.
Isabella Harris won the high jump (4 feet, 4 inches) and triple jump (30 feet, 1 inch) for Roosevelt. Sydney Tomaseski took first in the 400-meter hudles (1:17.8) and the 100 hurdles (18.8).
Webutuck 29, Spackenkill 22 — Taylor Edmundson won the 1-mile (5:24.6) and 800 (2:41.4) for Webutuck in a tri-meet in Hyde Park.
Kevin Litchauer scored four goals and Riley Carroll had two goals and three assists for Arlington, though the Admirals fell to host Brewster High School, 14-13, on Thursday.
Matt Chibbaro’s third goal gave Arlington a 13-11 lead with 1:57 remaining. Brewster rallied late and tied the score at 13 with 1:25 left, then scored the winner with 17 seconds remaining.
Matt Hart scored twice, Scott Stenstrud and and Jack Schenker each had a goal, and Matt Lopez had an assist. Jacob Azukas made 11 saves for the Admirals (3-2).
Pine Bush 16, Millbrook 4 — The host Blazers dropped a decision. Millbrook hosts Saugerties at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Morgan McCarthey scored five goals to lead host Pawling to a 13-8 win over Beacon late Wednesday.
Ava Panzer scored four goals while Chelsea Henke scored two. Courtney Adams and Kiera Tucci each added one goal, while keeper Shannon Barker made 16 saves.
Gabby DeMaria scored three goals while Jessica Musacchio contributed with two goals. Victoria Banks, Eliana Lotero and Catherine Nemeth each scored one goal.
Pawling visits Hendrick Hudson at 4:30 p.m. on Friday while Beacon visits Our Lady of Lourdes at 6 p.m. Monday.
Mahopac 13, Arlington 7 — Danielle DiLorenzo led the host Admirals with three goals and one assist late Wednesday. Abby Carlin and Danielle Heady each added two goals apiece while Maryn Lowell made four saves.
“It was a tough league game,” Arlington coach Dan Schmitt said. “Mahopac is always solid. We knew it was going to be tough. They took a 6-3 lead and it was tough for us to catch up at this point.”
Arlington (1-2) hosts Wappingers on Friday.
Danielle Kaufmann went 1 for 3 with an RBI single for Roy C. Ketcham, though it came in a 4-2 loss to Brewster High School late Wednesday.
Zayd Anwar earned a 6-0, 6-1 win at first singles to help host Spackenkill beat John A. Coleman Catholic, 5-0, late Wednesday.
Anubhav Shankar won at second singles, 6-0, 6-3. Gautam Mekkat won at third singles, 6-0, 6-1.
Onteora 4, Franklin D. Roosevelt 1 — Naveen Chowdry beat Tomas Pesko-West 6-4, 6-4 at first singles for the host Presidents late Wednesday.
Hendrick Hudson beat Beacon 243-283 at par-35 Southern Dutchess Country Club late Wednesday.
George Bekh shot a team-low 51. Teammates Brandon Travis and Ralph Orzo each shot a 56.
