Boys soccer

Fraser 3, Grosse Pointe North 2: Alfonso Garcia Rivera and Max Murray scored for North in a match marked by two lightning delays.

Hamtramck 2, West Bloomfield 1: Emanuel Maya scored the lone goal of the match for West Bloomfield off an assist from Grant Gloceri. Hamtramck executed on a late penalty kick to capture the victory.

Harrison Twp. L’Anse Creuse 2, Sterling Heights 1: L’Anse Creuse took control from the first minute with a break-away goal scored by Gareth Martin. Additionally, Abdula Alubadi scored on a penalty kick to give L’Anse Creuse the victory.

Livonia Clarenceville 1, Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest 0: After a scoreless first half, it appeared the score would remain the same until Gerardo Arzate found the back of the net with 12 minutes remaining. Additionally, Jon Murphy earned his first shutout of the year for Clarenceville (2-2).

Plymouth 1, Canton 0: Anthony Icopelli scored the lone goal in the victory for Plymouth.

Girls golf 

Trenton 182, Allen Park 227: Trenton won its first league match with the help of Anna Howey, who was a medalist with a score of 42, and Jordyn Vaclav and Kate Plassmen, who both came in second by shooting a 44.
