Fans voted Silver Creek’s Bryson McNay the winner of The Courier-Journal Southern Indiana Athlete of the Week Award presented by Norton Sports Health. McNay hit a three-run homer in a 15-2 rout of Clarksville.
Last week’s other nominees included Lanesville’s Mitchell Bailey, Charlestown’s Mackenzie Smith and Lanesville’s Ryan McCubbins.
Each week, four athletes will be posted here as nominees for the Athlete of the Week Award. Voting will run through 8 p.m. Sunday. Winners will be invited to the Kentuckiana Sports Awards banquet presented by Norton Sports Health.
