The specialists for the Under Armour All-American Game were recently announced by Kohl’s Kicking, which handles the selections. The Under Armour game is Jan. 1 in Orlando.
The kickers are Auburn commit Anders Carlson and Andrew Mevis.
Carlson plays for the Classical Academy in Pike National Forest, Colo., and is ranked as the No. 2 kicker in the Class of 2017 by 247Sports. His brother, Daniel, is the current kicker for Auburn.
Mevis from Warsaw (Ind.) earned his spot based on his showing at the National Scholarship Camp in July.
The punters are Virginia commit Brian Delaney and Joseph Doyle.
Delaney from Westfield (Chantilly, Va.) is ranked as the No. 2 punter and No. 5 kicker in the class and also has shown a strong leg on kickoffs during Kohl’s camps.
Doyle from Farragut High School in Knoxville, Tenn., charted the second-best in the Class of 2017 at the national scholarship camp in July.
The long snappers are Adam Bay and Grant Glennon.
Bay from Desert Ridge in Mesa, Ariz., is ranked as the No. 1 long snapper. He began snapping in eighth grade and has been getting specialized instruction with tutor Ben Bernard.
Glennon from Lincoln in Tallahassee, Fla., had a strong showing at the camp with quick snap times and accuracy.
