Stevens Point (Wis.), St. Anthony (N.J.) move up in Super 25 Computer boys basketball rankings

On the heels os its Wisconsin Division I state title, Stevens Points has moved into the top 10 in the latest Super 25 Computer rankings for boys basketball.

Stevens Point checks in at No. 6 after an 89-64 defeat of Muskego in the title game.

St. Anthony (Jersey City, N.J.) moves up two spots into the top 5 after sitting at No. 7 a week ago.

The Friars completed a perfect 32-0 season with a 55-38 victory against Linden in the New Jersey Tournament of Champions final, although the computer rankings were tabulated before the game was played Monday night.

Chino Hills (Calif.), Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.) and Montverde (Fla.) Academy remain in the top three spots followed by Atascocita (Humble, Texas).

After St. Anthony and Stevens Point, DeSoto (Texas) is No. 7 and Hopkins (Minn.) is No. 8. Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nev.) and Apple Valley (Minn.) round out the top 10.

Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, Calif.), which had its season ended by Chino Hills, only dropped one spot to No. 11 with the loss.
