Chandler (Ariz.) Basha junior quarterback Ryan Kelley, rated by ESPN as the top dual-threat quarterback in the nation in the 2017 class, has reopened his football recruiting, he announced on social media.

After last season ended, Kelley announced in a gym filled with students, family, coaches and friends that he committed to Oregon.

Kelley has started since his sophomore year. Last season, he passed for 2,606 yards and 20 touchdowns in 10 games, completing 228 of 361 passes. He ran for 459 yards and four TDs.
