CAI outside hitter Alli Stumler is this week’s Courier-Journal Southern Indiana Athlete of the Week.

Christian Academy of Indiana’s Alli Stumler, who had 34 kills and 35 digs to earn MVP honors at the Blue River Valley Tournament, has been voted winner of The Courier-Journal Southern Indiana Athlete of the Week Award presented by Norton Sports Health.

Last week’s other nominees were Borden golf’s Makenzie Smith, Silver Creek cross country’s Cameron Stephenson and Floyd Central tennis’ Chris Boone.

The Metro Louisville and Southern Indiana Athlete of the Week Awards are part of The Courier-Journal Sports Awards program presented by Norton Sports Health. Each week’s winners will be invited, along with a guest, to this summer’s Courier-Journal Sports Awards Ceremony.
