We have shown you plenty of dunks from Harvard-Westlake freshman Cassius Stanley during the season — all of which have generated oohs and aahs.
Harvard-Westlake dominated Palma (Salinas, Calif.) with a 66-49 victory in the CIF Division IV final on Saturday at Sleep Train Center in Sacramento.
Here is a dunk on a lob pass in the third quarter. He actually went so high that he hit his neck on the bottom of the backboard but still corralled the ball, put it through and then went to the free throw line after the foul.
“It was amazing,” Stanley said, via The Los Angeles Times. “It was everything everyone dreams of, dunking in an NBA arena.”
“I saw it was so high it was either going to end badly or well. I think it ended well.”
