What’s the best way to celebrate a clutch TD? With backflips … by everyone.

That was apparently the plan at The Opening, where top wide receiver prospect Trevon Grimes pulled in a pass from Georgia quarterback commit Jake Fromm, setting off a domino effect of simultaneous back flips from a trio of teammates. The resulting video made for a brief spot shower of backflips on an otherwise spotless Oregon day.

The celebration was a fitting display of uber athleticism, though it may not have been indicative of the best athlete of the event. After all, that honor was already bestowed upon Ohio State running back commit J.K. Dobbins, who earned the Nike Football Rating title.

No matter. Backflips are fun no matter what they’re celebrating, and a big 7-on-7 touchdown is certainly a worthy accomplishment in our books.
