Sometimes a big cluster of players can be a major advantage. Just ask Cortez Jackson.
A sophomore defensive end and wide receiver, Jackson is a bona fide playmaker for Freedom High in Virginia, particularly on the defensive side of the ball. In a recent game against Hylton, at the 1:10 mark of the video you see above, he rushed into a scrum near his own goal line … then magically emerged with the ball around the left side of the action.
As noted by MaxPreps, the real trick was that no one seemed to notice he had the ball, at least until he was already a solid five yards in front of any pursuing Hylton player. It was all smooth sailing from there for a player who still has at least two more years of epic plays ahead of him.
