Connor Mattison has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Corban.

Connor Mattison has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Corban.

West Salem High graduate Connor Mattison and Silverton graduate Bradley Cock signed letters of intent to play baseball at Corban.

Cock, a 6-foot-1 catcher who most recently played for Clackamas Community College, batted .094 in 12 appearances last year as a sophomore.

Mattison, a 5-10 left-handed pitcher who is currently a sophomore at Lane Community College, was 2-1 as a freshman last season with a 3.57 ERA with 14 strikeouts.

He was a first-team all-conference and honorable mention outfielder for West Salem in 2014.
