Our Week 11 Super 25 Football Rankings are out, and a familiar powerhouse from Michigan has entered the fray.
Detroit powerhouse Cass Tech has entered the fray, at No. 24, after an impressive 42-8 after dominating another Detroit stalwart, defending city champ Martin Luther King, to reclaim bragging rights and win the Detroit Public School League Championship. The 9-0 Technicians are led by trio of three-star offensive weapons — quarterback Jalen Graham (Purdue commit), athlete Jaren Mangham (Colorado) and running back Lewis Nichols (Central Michigan).
St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) remains the No. 1 team in the land for the second straight week, after throttling Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.), 49-14. The Braves have another big Trinity League matchup on tap this week, when they host Servite (Anaheim, Calif.) on Friday night.
Elsewhere, there is not much movement this week. Rome (Ga.) flip-flops with Archbishop Hoban (Arkon, Ohio) up one spot this week to No. 16, while Chandler (Ariz.) jumps up two spots to No. 22.
JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.) is the lone team dropping out of the poll this week, from No. 21, after taking a 42-7 loss to No. 2 Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.).
No. 3 IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.), No. 4 Allen (Texas) and No. 5 St. John’s College (Washington, D.C.) round out the top five.
