No. 12 Archbishop Hoban (Akron, Ohio) vs. St. Ignatius (Cleveland)
When: 9/13, 7:00 p.m. ET
Analysis: These Ohio powers will match up for the third year in a row. Over the last two seasons, both teams have taken a victory, and no score has exceeded 21 points. Archbishop Hoban hasn’t lost since that 2017 St. Ignatius win.
St. Ignatius will have to contain running back DeaMonte Trayanum better this year than last, when he burst out for a pair of touchdowns, according to Ignatius Wildcats. That’s a task nobody’s really been able to accomplish. The Wildcats will be hungry for a win coming off the loss last weekend, and how they handle Hoban will be a good test to their talent.
